FTP software

I would like to upload some stuff to an ftp through mozilla, but there seems to be no upload button.
What do i do?. Do ineed top use FTP software like CUTE FTP or similar. have n't done this for years

I found filezilla a few months ago, it's brilliant.

FileZilla recommendation here too.

SmartFTP is a good alternative to FileZilla and IMHO more user friendly.

FireFTP is a small and amazing add-on for Mozilla FF!

Windows Explorer does it.

It does but it doesn't it isn't very good and will open a lot of sessions, I think Microsoft were too worred about more lawsuits. Almost anything is better than explorer.

I use WinSCP.

I use WSFTP mostly because of the image thumbnail view which is handy for an artist with a ton of pics on their web server.

Been looking for an alternative that keeps track of thumbnails localy a bit more reliably. WSFTP I'm using seems to want to reload all the thumbs every other day or so.

I use BlitzFTP 2 :)

I prefer Total Commander.

I use filezilla and love it.

For a long time I used a command prompt... it takes a bit to get the hang of but its effective. Here's a tutorial.

Directory Opus, WinSCP and Filezilla. In that order.

Filezilla is good, I used to be a DirectoryOPus fan a while back.... might have a quick peek at it again.
