Looking for an artist

Hello!
I would like to write a comercial game (my first one) but I have no graphical skills, so I was wondering if someone here wants to form a team. The idea is to create the game, sell it and divide earnings on the members of the team. The game will be a 2D game coded on BlitzMax. Something like a match-3 game or the like, still not planned and it will deppend on the skills of the team.
Additionally, If any of the users that have released any comercial game here wants to give me any advice, it will be welcome.

It might be useful if people can see what you've made so far. You say this is your first commercial game, so one would assume you've written some freeware games already.
Artists generally prefer to work with developers with a proven track record of devloping their own (even if they look bad) games first.
No, this will be my first game. I've focused development on non-game releated software. BLIde (
http://www.blide.org ) is my latest alive project. I'm not looking for a 'professional' artist, just someone who wants to give it a try creating a small team. I always finish my projects (if that worries anyone).
oh right, BlIde looks very good, not used it yet myself. But that confirms your programming abilities anyway. BTW, I can't draw for s@#t so I'm not offering to help.
What is your marketing plan, how is your match-3 game going to differ from other match-3 games?
I might be able to provide funding for professional graphics design depending on the above information. I also already have a match-3 engine written and all the framework for a base match-3 game completed. The only thing you have to do is add in what makes it unique.
I have an idea right now that could be a fairly quick match-3 game to make, it would be quite unique, and would be fairy easy to market.
btw: we are using BLide right now for the development of the Gem Heroes client -- good stuff.
Can you do a Flash version of your game? If so, I would be interested in speaking further... E-mail leon --- at --- nextpoint [dot] co .uk
@EnigmaticGames: There's no marketing plan, as everything will be planned depending on the team skills and dedicaton, and what we decide to do. This is not a real company project, just a small team project.
