Is there 32MB Cache for HD SAT 2?

When it is coming out? It is coming out this year?
32MB Cache for HD is good because it will have very very fast loading if the game was reading from the Hard drive.

IF isnt out then I have to get 160 or 250GB HD with 16MB Cache or Buffer.

Instead of hunting for 32MB cache, try 16MB cache but with NCQ which will order the handling of drive sectors in a logical way that avoids the HD head from moving too much back and forth.

I prefer the Western Digital RE2 series. You don't have to build a RAID setup to to see a performance advantage over regular hard drives.

Or, try the faster 10000rpm raptors like the raptor X.

Seagate 750gb has 32mb buffer.
Ignore SATA2, its marketting talk and doesnt really exist.

I am getting WD Raptor x but I dont know if is SAT OR SAT II because my motherboard have either SAT or SAT II.

I dont want Massive files size such as 750GB which I think it really crazy. My pefer files size would be either 160GB OR 250GB

Geez... why would 750 GB be any different than 160 GB or 250 GB or 320 GB or xxx GB? It looks like you are mixing capacity with file size. Yes. NT file can be as big as the disc allows but it is very rare that one would need a file that big. Perhaps if you are capturing raw uncompressed AV data in very high resolution.

I think in the future...the games files size going to get bigger and bigger, so it would be wise for me to get huge files size in the future but my old computer with the hard drive got 37GB and I only used 16GB therefore I have FREE 21GB in my Hard drive.

When you say "files size", do you mean hard drive capacity?

TBH its stupid getting a huge drive, unless you have somewhere equally huge to back it up to, a bunch of smaller drives/RAID would be safer.

When you say "files size", do you mean hard drive capacity? Yes that right...I should have say hard drive capacity instead of files size. I didnt know it would cause confusion if I was talking files size (I should have say like files size Hard drive would be better explain I think.

I like Raptors because of the speed...if you playing FM 2008 game then it need more loading speed to make like split second. I know Raptors does cost more but it does put all the 7200RPM Hard drive to shade in performance drives.
