IA crash with evertingh

hi, i have my game with vehicules driving by IA in a free terrain, no road, is off road..

i need make a IA avoid obstacles, like trees, buildings and another vehicles....

my IA use direct waypoints... and crash with everithings...

i need use a simple program, becouse i have 24 vehicules..

what can i do?...
