The game doesn't get its first release (an open beta) until Feb. 20th but you can pre-register right now.

I don't know about this... is the premise just to shoot each other playing as presidential candidates?

I may have misunderstood or something... but the last thing the world needs is another FPS with people killing people, especially REAL people killing REAL people as a game... I'm wary on this one.

Ok I'll get off my FPS soapbox now.

Um, looks like the basic torque demo skinned with an election theme.

That's quite a slap in the face ... thanks Ad ;) It's a heavily modified version of TGEA (sound, animation, camera, physics, networking, etc... have all been modified internally) but I know that doesn't matter to you. At any rate it's a free game just for election time. I took the underpinnings of Oust, streamlined them a bit and hooked in a polling back-end system which comprises the gameplay and then skinned it ;) Just wanted to create something fun that people could get involved in during the election.

yeah, can't tell from the video though. Sorry, but thats what it looked like.

BTW, it could use some diggs I posted the link up top ;)

I like music in the video, and the candidates look like themselves. The sight of McCain with an axe was strangely fitting. You should have Huckabee smashing people with his bass guitar. Good luck with this

Hehe, I know I know I was thinking I should add him since I don't think he's going anywhere. I like the bass guitar idea ... this game is going to be evolving as the race continues so anything's possible

He's not going to win or anything, though he may still run third party. I was just thinking that Ron Paul would draw more traffic than a Huckabee, considering his internet following. Plus, you'll need those Paulites to digg up your site ;)

I concur, he's on my list.
