Flow is starting to become quite mature as we hit the last leg of development before 1.0 release.
We decided to start a simple pre launch maze game demo in order to help test flow in a game development environment.
In the last couple of days we tweaked flowED especially for the task of working with 3D tiles. The editing functions shown in the video will be integrated into the game demo so people can get to grips with some of FlowED's easy to use transform functions and get a feel for FlowED before launch.

Using a few tiles you can quickly create clone/instances of loaded entities to populate your scene.
SHIFT drag to instance/clone selection or multiple selections
CTRL + LMB click to add to your current selection
RMB to rotate selection 90 degrees.
Or any combination of the above as seen in the video.
(These same functions also work with the rotate gizmo, but the nature of tiles makes instant 90% rotations most useful).
You can see the flash streaming video at the following URL

(Quite long but you can drag the slider in realtime to play it back at your own speed :) There's a 5mb 4x sped up version in wmv format here.

We're expecting to release the game demo with level editing functionality in the next few weeks. The demos purpose is to test compatibility across a range of machines, and prove that flow is robust enough for blitz users to make good use of.
