I would say most likely Nvidia for obvious reasons.

For all those people like myself who had no idea who Ageia are....

I too but if it's Intel, then wow they have quite all the reasonable physics engines in their hands. I wonder what nVIDIA will be selling in a few years if the notebook market will be growing more and more and AMD as well as Intel will offer better integrated solutions on their own.
They can continue to do console hardware and gfx chips for a shrinking desktop market then.
Nvidia still seem far superior to ATI at the moment. Whether its Chipsets or graphic hardware.
My first guess would have been AMD. Maybe NVidia, but I am not sure why they would need Ageia, since they already are doing their own physics stuff.
It's probably Intel. They seem to be branching out quite a bit lately.
I think Intel is getting in panic :)
XBOX360 uses IBM POWER CPU technology, PS3 uses it, Servers use it, Mac uses it (the real macs, not new one's), Amiga uses it. So it's only PC workstations which are left on Intel...
I've never seen the point in bothering with a physics card, especially since modern mobo's only give you a few slots
Well, if they would have performed good and came to a reasonable price i would have bought one but this never really happended, so game over. I think they'll implement it via CUDA.
I refer you to my previous answer about how graphics cards will become pointless.
