Use firefox and DownloadHelper (use the firefox menu to "get plugins" and find this. It's probably called "Video Download Helper" now or something. usually on the front page.

go to C:\Documents and Settings\<your-profile>\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<series of characters>.default\Cache\
in windows explorer, switch to detail view, sort by date
then run firefox and visit the page you want, press F5 whilst the file is loading and again afterwards, the video will be the largest file, copy it out then rename it to my_youtube_por_err_video.flv
