Vista error on update version 1.99

The update 1.99 doesn't work in vista but works fine with XP! I tried version 1.98 on vista and it worked. It just had a problem with 1.99.

Wrong place, B3D is above. ;)

This examples are compiled with 1.99, can you run them on vista?
