Yeh, this baby is not what it seems. I stole it from a Lord of the Rings game - but what it is it?

My first though was it could be tracks, but it doesnt fit with the one in the center...

Just looks like a texture containing 9 tileable images, to me. Probably just used to produce wall designs, or something. What's the big deal?
