GREAT support from BRL !

Hiya,

I just wanted to say a BIG THANKS to SimonH at BRL for some support he's been helping me with this first full week back at work in the New Year. It really is a great thing to have this kind of PROPER support in place when you need it, and I needed it this week - from one professional to another - I really appreciate it - thank you.

Regarding "Great Support from BRL"

This is the sort of overt display of public botty-licking that gives the Sphincter Admiration Society (S.A.S) an even worse name than it already has....which, in the first place was only ever a gnat's whisker better than the 'The Throbbing Sphincters Javelin Club for the Partially Sighted' (may their poor sphinct-holes rest in peace).

I will now be cancelling my subscription to Pooper Scooper Weekly. Good day to you sir!

I know the detail behind IPete2's post, and it's great that SimonH has taken the time and effort to help a Blitz user.

How did you contact them if not via these forums?
If you emailed them I wonder whether it is something the rest of the Blitz Community needs to do to get support.

Hey - I recently learned the exact opposite here. Someone who has helped Blitz sell a mountain of copies thanks to their brilliant demos over the past years and is getting Sweet FA but silence when it comes to support.

So it seems BR can be quiet unreasonable and choosy who they support - not what I wanted to learn at the finishing end of my own project.
