Game Advertising...

..quite some time ago, someone here , post link to the web site where you have to pay about 100-150us$ if im not mistaken, and then folks putting your game in to game magazines, game info portals, etc, quite useful stuff...unfortunately I lost my archive from first half of last year and I cant get it back, as well as link Im just talking about...does anyone know anything about such thing, I really need it...
