How to send fax in Vista Home basic/premium?

How would you send fax in Vista Home basic/premium?
(Only Vista Business or above support winfax)

Or pay monthly for the fax service of your ISP where you can mail doc, plaintext or doc to phonenumber@...; for example and it is redirected

or upgrade to Windows XP or Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon? :D
