IDE - flashing cursor

Maybe's its my eyesight, but I keep "losing" the cursor while editing BlitzMax code.

Is there any alternatives, or patches I can do to get perhaps a more visible cursor ?

Pro version for Blitzmax should be out soon. I've been using the beta version for a few months now and its superb.

If you're determined to stick with the 'normal' IDE, press shift+HOME or shift+END to help find the cursor (it'll select/highlight some or all of the line the cursor is on).

Do you mean the cursor disappears? There is a Windows options to hide the cursor when typing. There is also an option for Windows to highlight the cursor when you press a key combination. Look around in Accessability options.
