Ok, probably something stupid, but, today, (this happened twice) when i logged into this site, it navigated around a bit, and 3 minutes or so later, I clicked a link, and it went to the next page as if I was not logged in.
Login Trouble
Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Login Trouble Did the link stay on the same domain, or did it cross domains?
(e.g. blitzmax.com, blitzbasic.com, blitzbasic.co.nz)
IIRC each of the domains sets their own cookie, and requires to be logged in seperately.

I recently saw something like this while doing a large download in the background. Perhaps the page had stalled for some reason, showing text and links but not applying the stylistic elements.
In any case I clicked the refresh button in my browser and the page loaded correctly.

You need to remove some of the "---'s" from your signature - ideally keeping them to the length of the text below them in your sig.
That should sort it all out.
