I am worried it could be true. I believe it is already happening - I cannot generally stream videos from YouTube.

Just imagine if China was unleashed onto the WWW? Aren't they contained behind some kind of Chinese government controlled internet (something like that)?
There are millions of people in many poor 2nd and 3rd world countries - those countries are clamouring their way into technology lifestyles.
I'm worried.
YouTube will be end up being a picture site.
