Sensitivity of Vista

Hi all,

Whenever we move a mouse cursor over a button and stop, the button will be pressed automatically after a moment.
How to change this setting back to clicking the button manually?

Sorry, I do not know the answer for you, but my head just about exploded when I saw another reason to avoid Vista. I'm sure it's a setting that can be turned off, but I can't stand the Dumbing down of all this stuff. My only experiences with Vista so far have been exceptionally poor.

Not got Vista here, but have you tried looking under the Accessibility options?

I never knew Microsoft made a successor to the StickyKeys.

My partner Helen has turned on this funcion on hers too by accident and it's really annoynig. It's not present on other profiles.

Must be an accessability option as i cant imagine anyone with a healthy pair-o-fingers wanting this.

Yeah sticky keys is still there.
Are you using a laptop with a synaptic touch pad ?
If you have a synaptics touch pad, click on mouse in your control panel, click on device setting tab, make sure synaptics is highlighted then click on settings. click on tapping, then disable it.

The question is for the XP people is there such a thing in XP ? Because I can't find it in any version of windows.
