Hey guys, I'm looking for some advice. I got a fiber optic service for my home. Verison gave me a router with my service. I think the brand was Actiontec, or something. It just died. I'm wondering if it would be better to try to get them to replace it, or just replace it will a higher quality router. I'm not really sure if there would be any benefit to buying my own router to using the one that came with the service. Do any of you guys know what would be a better option for me?

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Actiontec router The advantage to getting your own router depends entirely on the quality of Verizons service compared to your needs. If you can't see the immediate benefit, chances are you don't need your own.
