Anybody else have to wait 30+ mins to see a video?

Youtube has been sickening me for a couple of months.

It sickens me to the very core of my existence.

I want video on demand - not frame by frame.

I suggest someone does something about it.

Then get a Internet connection that doesn't suck.

My connection is generally fine - it's just Youtube - I'm not happy with their level of service.

Huh. Well it works fine for me, and my connection has been acting up lately...

It's my ISP - they are spying on me - they were doing it on purpose!

I caught them out.

I totally caught them at it.

I basically Googled 'youtube aol' - to see if it was something linked to my ISP that affects Youtube.

The top item is this:

I sat their in disbelief as the video played. Now I can access stuff normally.

They have been spying on me.

Funny how I squeak for the first time in weeks and weeks then all of a sudden it works.

They must spend all day watching me. Nothing better to do - what am I entertainment or something? Get a life. Go watch television.

I've had major stinky youtube too. I reckon the deman must have outstripped their capability. I don't even bother these days. It's soooo painful. Like having a modem again.

AOL is your ISP, and you are whining? You should be shot!

Anybody here watched the remake of "The Stepford Wives" with Nicole Kidman? There's that scene where all the husbands show off where they have worked before they moved to Stepford. One says that he's worked for AOL. And Kidman answers: "Is that why your wives are so slow?"

I loved that youtube video. I used to work on Freeserve internet support and would never have spoken to a customer like that.

On another note, I completely agree with TaskMaster, get the hell off of AOL, they suck. Get a normal ISP that doesn't try to control you by offering you loads of crap, you just need a fast internet connection, that's it.

Oh, so that Somebody's Watching Me tune isn't just a dodgy dance track.

On 100Mbit it doesnt even buffer, ive never seen youtube being slow. Vids start the second i open the page.
I dont think ive ever even had any lag.
(not meaning to na-na-nana-na! you or anything... well, mabe just a little bit :P)
