Saw a couple students who went as Spy & Engineer to college, was tempted to tell the Engineer that I needed a dispenser.

Wish I had my camera with me, saw a few damn good getups altogether.

I agree (Independently) with Dynaman, its some form of Paint or other such chemical contianer.

Guess I must be using that type of container incorrectly on the farm then, we only got about 10 of them (exactly like the one in the pic) in plastic form...

Yep. You know what farmers are like. Buy ten tubs of creasote in 1982, use them as bins from then till the end of time.
