What is the use of "Shape Editor" of Sprite Candy?

Its used to define the edges of your sprites for collisions. Rather than having just a simple collision box, you can create more detailed outline which match your sprites contents.

This easy-to-use shape editor allows you to create collision shapes for your images. The saved shape data files can be loaded into Sprite Candy at any time. Since the shape data is saved in simple text format, you can even edit such a file manually, when needed.
