Watching the Connections

Hi, does anyone know any way to monitor all connections your computer has with external servers, and possibly obtain the IP and port they are connecting to?

I'm thinking the lack of response is in itself your reply (meaning there probably isn't a way currently). Not saying for sure that there isn't but I have been pondering your question for a couple days and haven't though of a way to do it.
