no... not "jacket" as in apparel, but a jacket for your wiimote! Nintendo's giving them away free for people who already bought wii's and have 1-4 controllers without jacket. They are already shipped with the new ones.
The "jackets" are supposed to protect your wiimote if dropped (which is something i do often)
