Without wanting to be flippant... CafePress? Last time I checked the FAQs there they could totally support international sales. Or is this more to do with the value of the dollar?

I heard that it is very expensive for UK residents to buy stuff from them. Maybe this is no longer the case? I will have to look into it again as this was a little while back.
