steam.exe (main exception): unable to load library

Did you encounter this problem when you install steamSetup.exe in the orange box?

How do you solve this last time (HL2)?
(I tried some methods on web sites, but it don't work)

I even went to the download steamsetup.msi again from official websites, it still don't work.

I found the problem - Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 block steam.exe

Solution:
=========
1. install steamSetup from DVD
2. Adding "steam.exe" and its related dll into "Application protection"
3. Adding "steam.exe" and its related pord udp and tdp into "Hacker Protection"
4. Reboot pc
5. ensure turning on internet connection
6. Double-click destop steam shortkey
7. Able to update steam ...
