How do I convert From .SKP files TO B3D files as I want put my own models that I have made in google Sketchup.

As a guess :
1) Follow the ReadMe which comes with the B3D Exporter.
2) Load your .skp file into Sketchup
3) Tools / Export to B3D
and select Export to B3D.
