There's probably some other points to make about natural selection and the American legal system not making frivolous plaintiffs pay the defendant's legal fees more often than they do, but that's a given.

The article does not say if this ever got to court. Judges do have the ability to throw out the really crazy ones.

I think he should win. He entrusted his personal information to google, and they posted it on the Web.
OK so hes probably Ill, but that just means that he should have recieved greater protection from google.

I don't know why these things always have to come down to America bashing. It all boils down to stuff you just don't understand. You go by what you read/hear in the media which is always biased. Come to America and see it for yourself. This is a great country.
