I think that the download has a list of completed and uncompleted vre B3D. I also think that Kleptos version includes stuff that B3D doesnt have, so the % might be 110% even though some stuff is missing.
Best bet is download and just see what they do and dont have, as I think there are some B3D commands that were felt pointless to recreate.
The Terrain commands in particular, (Last time I looked), were missing deliberatly on the assumtion that LOD wasnt as needed now, and that ppl would be using a "mesh Tile system".
