Good free XP wallpaper manager?

I'm looking for an alternative to the XP wallpaper manager. The only real thing I need that the standard one doesn't give you is more control on how the image is scaled. Any recommendations?

I use Wallpaper Master Pro - there's a freeware version though... this software is mostly designed to change your wallpaper on a regular basis, but it does have a neat Resize option for wallpapers, which is basically the same as Stretch but keeping the aspect ratio. Very nice upscaling routine too. Turns a 32x32 icon into a lovely screen sized curvy mess.

I bought Wallpaper Master Pro, then lost my serial and haven't bothered reinstalling it since there's really no way for me to get another without paying for it again.

Anyway, point is, that's what I use(d).

Well, managed to get my registration code back. The fellow who wrote it was very nice about helping me get my serial back, even though I had lost my receipt and such.
