When you are logged in you will have easy access to a list of your uploads as well as a list of uploads you have marked as favorites. You can see how many times your uploads have been viewed and how many votes they have received.
Uploaded files are limited to 8 megabytes in size. You can add a description and a screen shot for the file if you wish. You may also set up to three category values for each of your uploads to help users understand the purpose of the upload.
You can rate other uploads and make comments on them to help the community understand what you did or didn't like about the file.
You can also rate the comments other users make. This is a kind of community self moderation function.
