searching for spain based blitz3d programmer

I'm searching for a blitz3d programmer for a project i need to finish quickly. Not sure if this is the best place to ask for, sorry about that.

I'm living in the north of Spain, I prefer to work with somebody around here.

required experience in:
* GUI design (winblitz3D or similar)
* xml import and export (BlitzXML or similar)
* time capturing
* anticopy protection and time trial programming (blitzlockit or similar)
