Blitz3D Forums/Blitz3D Programming/mmorpg world 3D World Studio is the best in my opinion.
You can give Realm Crafter a chance too.It is a mmorpg creation engine though.

Do you have enough experience and determination to create a mmorpg?
You can make a really big world with any terrain editor. I mean you will connect terrains with loading screens like any other professional mmorpgs in the commercial market. You can make a huge world in one piece. Not with Blitz3D anyway.

what I ended up doing was creating my own terrain editor but i've since moved on to blitzmax and am now using my own world editor for this kinda of stuff.
