A good diff tool in windows

A while back I posed the question 'is there a diff tool in windows'

Well, and whilst I'd rather code/hack/slash than bother with version control I can strongly recommend TortoiseSVN. Its the BIZNESS. (Incorporates a great Diff tool to boot - i.e. shows you the changes made between files as you progress.....)

Funny. I was just about to recommend TortoiseMerge.

aaahh, there you go, tortoise rocks. Haven't quite got around to the merge facility yet, but if you're developing something over an expanse of time and are concerned about deleting code (yep, I'm a self confessed code hoarder) TortoiseSVN is the solution.
