Man, this game is fun! It's the new gen Max Payne but with a lot more action. The Unreal Engine has got some legs too, between this and Bioshock ... wow. I'm beginning to really wonder what happened to Silicon Knights and Too Human, I was looking forward to that. Considering the quality of these other Unreal powered titles I'm surprised at their situation.
John Woo's Stranglehold
Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/John Woo's Stranglehold Yup, it is a blast to play. Easily feels like being in a Hong Kong style action flick. Very well done.

Just rewatched Hard Boiled the other day - great action flick!
Unfortunately I don't have a computer powerful enough to run the game, so no Stranglehold for me :(

Lol...well considering it was suppose to be out since the days of the PS1, you won't see it until 8th generation era of game consoles... :p

I thought that game wasn't out for a little while yet am I missing something? I wonder if they are releasing it later in the UK (why do they do this with games?).

For the same reason they do it with everything else. Because they hate you. Or rather us, since I buy my stuff from the UK too. Anyway Play.com has it listed as due for release on 7th of September. Just rewatched Hard Boiled the other day - great action flick!
Yeah. Nearly as good as "A Better Tomorrow". I might pick up the collector's Stranglehold ... it comes with Hard Boiled.
