So basically, SK (maker of the Eternal Darkness game for GC) is suing Epic for not delivering them a stable Unreal 3 engine for the 360 and PS3 ontime, thus delaying their development time for Too Human (which was suppose to be released back in PS1 days!) and forcing SK to build their own engine and waste more time.
Epic is countersuing stating that SK used the Unreal 3 source code to build their own engine, thus breaching contract. "Epic is seeking damages in excess of $650,000, as well as an order that any code or games that infringe on its copyright be destroyed".
If all goes through, guess we won't be seeing Too Human at all...or not until the next generation of consoles :p
