acid software

Hi i was just wondering why doesn't Blitz Research make more of a big deal out of all the cool stuff they have done in the past, I for one think that Mark has made some dam fine stuff over the years both when known as acid software and then Blitz Research. what happened to skidmark3 anyway?

Acid Software was Simons thing. Marks fine stuff from memory boils down to Guardian (the CD32 version - because the game really didn't work without the CD32 controller) and Gloom, both of which have been superseded by modern games and especially technology (although it took iD long enough to catch up to Gloom).

Skidmarks Construction Kit was, last I heard, postponed indefinitely.

Shame.

I bought 2 cd32 controllers in order to play gloom on the a4000 split screen.

skidmarks was coming on well, it was just a bit slow from the demo i played.

i bet it would run great now on newer machines :OP
