Anyone know what this is and why has it been taking up 130 megabytes of my harddrive?

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Crash dump file? A bit of googling reveals its a temporary, uncompressed error dump file. Just delete it.
You'll probably have others, too. Get Microsoft's CCleaner to sniff them out and delete them (and free up a nice chunk of HD space in the process).

They are the dump files created by 'windows error reporting' on application crashes. They can help debugging programs.
If you have no use for these, you can disable the error reporting stuff here:
1. Open System in Control Panel.
2. On the Advanced tab, click Error Reporting.
3. Click Disable error reporting or Enable error reporting.
