disable Windows button

how can i disable the "Windows" button
when my game is on?

while my game is on
exccept my gaming buttons(say arrow buttons)
all other buttons (Windows,
Windows+E,Ctrl+Alt+Del)

shold not function at all


how can i achieve this ?

Oh crist, thats was the start button... But, you can disable the taskbar using the same...
