Getting through development frustration...

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Getting through development frustration...

Hello, all!

I know each of you has your own projects and games that you are working on, promising yourself you can finish it. Everyone has come to the point where he/she hits a few roadblocks (work, stress, frustration...), and I was wondering how you all deal with these.

I usually go take a walk around the lake outside town, or play Super Mario World for a few days until I can come back to working on my projects.

What do you all do?

I find Tetris a great game to get your mind off of something like that. Just a few minutes playing and your brain switches to screen saver mode / auto pilot.

Yeah, Tetris is great, too. So true about how it can get your mind back in the game.

Pub or TV with a few bottles! ;)

I start another project, LOL.

"Frankie Taylor" is pretty much right there - from my point of view.

I rotate projects - some can become boring. I have about 4 main ones. If I get bored of one, I move on/back to another.

Same for me. I usually work on 2 or 3 projects at a time. When one starts to get boring, I switch to another one.
