I shudder to think at the quality of portfolio required to land a job there.
After reading "Masters of Doom", I wouldn't want to work there. They're not really a "fun" company by the sounds of it, they're rellay all about working all hours god sends on just trying to make code tighter and tighter and then licence it to other devlopers. I did like Doom 3, but found it very run of the mill gameplay wise, you couldn't even jump could you?
I think somewhere like Valve would be a better work envorinment for the indie developer looking to go pro. (based on an interview in Games mag anyway).
Bah, they don't have a job opening for CEO, all others are just waste of time and money (for the employee, not for the company).
