cheap indoor texture pack?

I need a cheap texture pack ($15-30) which will include multiple, common, indoor, textures that will be used in different rooms. All I've found so far is Dexsoft (http://www.dexsoft-games.com/textures.html) and their texture packs are seperated.

There were a couple of people selling texture packs here a while ago, not seen them recently.

It is models as well, but I suspect the textures will be cullable - probably need to check the license though.
