i've searched all over the web for music web sites listed as public domain , music that u can download for free and resell with your game (leagally). Can any 1 recommend a site?

rather than searching for 'public domain', you'll probably have more luck searching for 'creative commons'.

there are several types of Creative Commons licenses though, so make sure that what you find allows for commercial use as well.
(Some creastive commons licenses allow full commercial use, others require being listed in the credits, others only allow it to be used in free projects, etc.)

it's rare, but you can find some, just search a little longer.

you may also try to search for "free royalty free".

One time I found an entire server with public domain original new orleans blues records, very old stuff. But it seems it's gone since the flood. Unfort. I only bookmarked it.

can u be more specific and post a hyperlink? i used over 10 search engines and got stuff like:

"free cd - shipping and handling charges apply","non-comercial use only","for video production only","free 10 music downloads just fill out 10 forums"

bah! they need to look up free in the dictonary
