convert DBO to B3D ?

Is there a tool that converts .DBO meshes to something usable?

I tried to load it in the UU3D latest demo. It can't load it, saying DBO file version not supported:1064. Any other ideas?

Fragmotion can import .dbo and export to most formats including .b3d
