What do you feel about them?

I've been using Lunarpages last four years and never had any problems with them. They simply do the job as advertised.

I really need your advice because I ask the following questions about pdf on official web sites and there is no reply (up to this moment)

1. How do you generate pdf. Does the basic plan support pdf_new() or fpdf?

2. They said that they do not provide a pdf generation binary on our servers.
Could we install Navicat for linux or other pdf generation tools on "my" server?

I really need these answers to make my decision.

I use HostMonster and they don't provide such thing either.

You may need a Dedicated Server or Virtual Server Plan that you can do what you want(including intall binaries), which may cost higher than an usual plan.

@ Yoko: I see. I asked this on live chat. The person in charge told me they only have one plan only. Do they have Dedicated Server or Virtual Server Plan?

@ Sphinx and Barnabius: any comments? Did you use fpdf or PHP-Pdf before on Lunarpages?
