i'm wondering if its because im on a free wi fi here at work, it puts ads on all the pages i load up.
I get a similar error message when I try to syncmods in Windows Vista with UAC enabled. Turned off UAC and that sorted it.
Sometimes, when browing the forums, IE hangs for a while and I lose blitzbasic.com altogether (Though, I can connect to google, or syntaxbomb straight away, but bb.com is a no-no for a bit).
Ironically, it happened after reading this post, and I tried to sync through Max, and it failed to connect.
After a couple of minutes, all was fine and dandy and it synced again, thus, me being able to post here! :) YAY
