Well finnally got the other day. For the most part its obviously the same game, except with the new control schemes. It was a bit awkward at first but I got use to it within 10 minutes or so. The Wiimote does make aiming tons easier and the on screen pointer changes color depending on accuracy. They seem to compensated the easy aiming with a less lenient ammo offerings. Guess they don't want you going in with a blaze of glory :p.
Needless to say, I'm indifferent to the new controls. Not sure if I like it more yet. Guess I'll have to wait and see Metroid Prime 3 and its control implementation. My main gripe with RE4 Wii was that the game did NOT run in 480p as I expected it to :(. But was it worth the money for an older game that I already have for the Game Cube? Definately. It was fun then and still fun now. I just need to get through it in order to unlock the new stuff....
