Visual CSS creator???

I'm looking for a free visual CSS creator or cheap one.
CSS = Cascading Style Sheet

No, but it's surely better to hand craft CSS anyway? It's a complex beast and no visual editor is going to generate elegant CSS of any appreciable worth.

you can probably find a trial version of Adobe GoLive - a visual CSS designer, or thats at least what I gathered from it.

golive css editor was the best I have used for non techy people, and the app isn't bad. I prefer the way it does some things to dreamweaver. It is a bit buggy in places though, stupid things like an error on closing the program and stuff.

I use it because its free, and more intuitive than dreamweaver for CSS for regular pages. V9 just came out, hope its more of the same but better :)
