The new DirectX control panel in particular demonstrates that DirectDraw and DX7 interfaces are still receiving significant attention and support from Microsoft.
The DX10 panel however left me feeling a little inadequate:(
So what exactly does this mean for those of us who haven't been paying much attention, that older applications such as B3d that use DX7 will be receiving a bit of an FPS boost when used under the latest DirectX installation?
Yes, for people ignorant like me I would like to know what in real term means 'still receiving significant attention and support from Microsoft'.
..yup..I would like to hear a bit more clear explanation for dumb ass like me..
