depending on what you want to do in PHP, there's codegear's Delphi for PHP

Are there any alternative?
(We need to pay annual fee for Delphi for php )

Dreamweaver works well.... for me. I generally use it to quickly prototype a page, then break that up into it's constituent bits for inclusion into things like Smarty templates.

a) No, I'm not using it, but I am considering purchasing it.

b)that's a fee if you want continued support isn't it? the product itself is purchasable without.

It is said that delphi for php is a new product which is released in March. Some comments say to create a simple button, it may instantiate max. 8 class to do so that will slow down the speed.
Dreamweaver still seems to be the gold standard for this task.
Please think carefully before purchasing. :)

Delphi for PHP is pretty good, and you can really develop apps quickly with it, jury is out as to if it is the way to go as it can make things a little bloaty (price you pay for development speed).

You DON'T need to buy support, (I don't) but it's handy if you are going to use it commercially.
