Does the project manager in the ide work? It doesnt seem to have any logical way of adding source files to the project.
Erm, how do you use the project system?
BlitzMax Forums/BlitzMax Beginners Area/Erm, how do you use the project system? It threw me at first, too, since it's folder-oriented. You point it at a folder, and it auto-lists all the files/sub-folders in it, including those created later.
You can double-click the "Add Project" link in the right-hand panel, or use the top menu: File/Project Manager/Add Project. Then navigate to the folder that holds your project's files.
To remove a project, you must (AFAIK) use the menu approach: File/Project Manager/Remove Project.

Never knew it was there. I just open what I want and use lock build file.
I find it really useful, especially churning out as many "projects" as I do.
